Installation Tips:

Activating your Map Update: Activation Center
You will need 

a) VIN   

b) Map Update USB   

c) Product Serial Number located on the inside cover of your USB case 

d) Request Code (you get this only when you insert the map udpate USB into the system    During installation - use the Request code displayed on the radio AFTER you insert the USB that comes in the Map Update kit, as indicated by the User Guide. DO NOT use the request code that is displayed on the System Information screen.
